The SDR is the original e-collar receiver for the SportHunter models SD-800, SD-1200, SD-1800 and SD-2500. For replacement or to add additinal dogs to your existing SportDOG system. For maximum range offered by your model, choose the original e-collar receiver for your transmitter unit, but all SportDOG FieldTrainer, SportHunter, WetlandHunter, and ProHunter transmitters and receivers are compatible/interchangeable (actual ranges may vary when mixing transmitter/receiver models)
